AI Engineer/Data Scientist - DV Cleared - via Umbrella - 3-month contract - Belfast - SCC Flex Contract


We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist who holds DV clearance. to join a major AI initiative. This project involves working closely with a leading technology partner, leveraging their platform and infrastructure to build advanced AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI model development and layering.


Your responsibilities as the AI Engineer/Data Scientist:

  • Design and implement AI models to support complex operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and internal teams to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Develop solutions for:
  • Speech-to-text transcription and voice content translation.
  • Summarization of voice and text data.
  • Entity extraction and data mining.
  • Pattern recognition and predictive analytics for subjects of interest.
  • Assist with automation of internal processes, including drafting legal authorities, managing records, and redaction.
  • Support capability benchmarking and gap analysis.
  • Contribute to consolidation or decommissioning of obsolete software solutions.
  • Provide AI-driven assistance for financial analysis, recruitment, and operational efficiency.


As a successful AI Engineer/Data Scientist, you will have:

  • Proven experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or data science.
  • Strong knowledge of NLP, speech recognition, and predictive modelling.
  • Familiarity with AI deployment and integration with enterprise platforms.
  • DV clearance (Developed Vetting) - essential; SC clearance may be considered.
  • Ability to work on sensitive projects requiring high levels of confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
