Key Criteria (What We’re Looking For)

Essential

  • A university degree (any discipline) with strong analytical or problem-solving content
  • Interest in AI, data, automation, or technology-driven change
  • Strong logical thinking and ability to break down complex problems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with data, systems, or analytical tools
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)


The Role

As a Graduate AI Analyst, you’ll support the design, testing, and optimisation of AI-driven solutions used across core insurance functions, including:

  • Underwriting and risk assessment
  • Claims handling and process automation
  • Fraud detection and prevention
  • Customer operations and service optimisation

You’ll help explore how AI agents and intelligent systems can reason, plan, and act autonomously to solve real-world business problems, while developing your own technical and analytical capability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the analysis and testing of AI and automation solutions
  • Working with data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborating with technical and business teams to translate requirements into solutions
  • Assisting with optimisation of AI models, workflows, and processes
  • Producing clear documentation, insights, and recommendations
  • Learning and applying new AI tools, technologies, and best practices


Desirable

  • Degree background in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Psychology, or Cognitive Science
  • Exposure to programming, data analysis, or automation tools
  • Curiosity about how AI is applied in industries such as insurance or financial services
  • Experience working on projects, case studies, or technical coursework
  • Interest in digital transformation or intelligent automation careers
