We are seeking a talentedand ambitious Commercial Finance/FP&A Analyst to play a pivotalrole in shaping the financial trajectory of a fast-growing, globalbusiness. Your expertise in financial modelling and commercialstrategy will be critical in accelerating Twinkl’s expansion andsupporting high-stakes decision-making. This role offers extensivevisibility across the organisation, partnering with keystakeholders to refine strategic initiatives and lead businessintelligence efforts. By delivering real-time financial andcommercial insights, you’ll directly influence decisions that driveboth performance and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Own andrefine the Group’s financial models—from Budget to long-rangeplanning (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). You’ll dive deep intokey drivers like pricing, unit economics, and margin optimisation,identifying growth opportunities and risks. - Provide strategicfinancial insights by collaborating with the Management AccountsTeam, delivering impactful commentary on performance trends andopportunities. - Act as a financial partner to leadershipteams—including content, product, data, and C-suite—guidingbusiness decisions that shape Twinkl’s continued expansion andevolution. - Enhance business intelligence systems, workingalongside Finance, Data Science, and IT to drive continuousimprovements in Management Information. - Lead scenario modellingand business case development to forecast outcomes and informcritical decisions. - Champion process improvements and helpdevelop internal controls that drive efficiency, accuracy, andoperational excellence. Requirements: - Qualified accountant (ACA,CIMA, ACCA etc) with proven experience in a fast-paced FP&Aenvironment. - Master of financial modelling—with extensiveexperience in Excel and other financial modelling tools, you’lldeliver accurate and actionable insights. - Strong commercialacumen—you understand the big picture and have a natural talent forinfluencing stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives. - Aproven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and scenarioanalysis for complex international businesses. - Exceptionalcommunication and relationship-building skills—able to translatecomplex financial data into clear, actionable strategies. - Apassion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a knack forspotting process efficiencies and implementing them effectively. -Experience with financial tools such as Excel, Tableau, Sage; SaaSor technology experience a plus.
