Overview As a Head of DataScience, you will be working on problems that require bothcreativity and analytic rigor. You will be responsible for helpingdrive product adoption and partnering closely with cross-functionalteams including Consulting, Product, and Media teams.Responsibilities - Work with our Head of Consultancy and a team ofData Scientists to develop our data science product set and growthe department globally. - Manage a team of data scientists andlead client engagements at a senior level. - Identify opportunitiesfor new products and services – particularly capitalizing on theevolving landscape around data privacy and measurement. - Directlysupport key global clients, both as an added value service and forcommercial consulting opportunities. - Own, manage, and contributeto large and challenging client projects. - Guide and supportregional teams in their own Data Science delivery, ensuring theyare presenting consistent and compelling work. - Be the standardbearer for data science and measurement by leading educationalworkshops both internally and for clients. Required SkillsEssential - Excellent project management skills, experience workingin an Agile environment. - Demonstrable experience of solvingbusiness challenges using technical acumen and/or mathematical ordata science methodologies. - Excellent communication skills andstrong experience of managing business communications andpresentations. - Minimum 4 years’ experience using datamining/analytical methods, preferably in marketing, market researchand/or financial concentrations. Preferred - A practicalunderstanding of how digital marketing works and common challengesfacing Marketers. - Experience working with senior stakeholders atscaled global clients, preferably in a marketing or marketingscience context. - Experience working with Econometrics or MediaMix Modelling. Essential - Exceptional analytical thinker with apassion for using data to solve business problems (3-4 years ofexperience in product analytics or Data Science). - Charismaticstoryteller ready to lead growth conversations with seniorleadership. - A strong understanding and working knowledge of theuse of R. - Knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with largerelational databases. - Use of version control (Git, GitHub) andCI/CD processes. - Foundational knowledge and experience workingwith Python. Preferred - Experience with platforms and datatypically found in digital marketing including analytics and mediaserving platforms. - An understanding of the MarTech and digitalmarketing measurement landscape. - Knowledge around the latest dataprivacy and security developments in online advertising. -Experience working with cloud computing environments such as AWS orGCP.
