Performance Objectives

You will define and implement robust analytical solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the business
You will be partnering with business leaders to understand key business questions and objectives, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
You will develop and deliver intuitive, high-quality data visualization platforms for users, enabling self-service access to data, information, and insights.
You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and offshore teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks for the delivery team.
You will work with offshore teams to manage the development of visualization tools, ensuring alignment with business needs and project timelines.
You will support the continued rollout of new data and insight platforms, ensuring that UK leverages an optimal and cost-effective platform landscape.
You will drive best practices in data visualization and analytics, encouraging their adoption across various user groups within business
You will be partnering with the Commercial Excellence and Business Excellence teams to support UK's strategy execution and business improvement agenda through data-driven insights.Person Specification

Experienced in managing projects or leading initiatives, including coordinating with off-shore teams or external partners
Able to deliver project timelines and requirements, ensuring transparency and clear communication with stakeholders
Able to proactively identify business opportunities and challenges, using data to provide actionable recommendations
Educated to degree level in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline would be an advantage
Able to effectively partner with cross-functional teams, including local and off-shore groups, to align on objectives and deliver solutions
Familiar with CRM (such as Veeva or Salesforce) and ERP systems, as well as experience working with analytics platforms that support self-service capabilities
Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles within a commercial setting, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into data solutions, leveraging analytics to support decision-making
Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant tools
A track record of building, managing, and optimizing interactive dashboards and visualizations that drive business insights
Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes for data integration and preparation
Understanding of commercial business functions, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, to connect data insights with business objectivesApply
