We are seeking a skilledData Analystto join as atemporary employeefor a 4-month period, with the possibility of extension. The Data Analyst will be responsible forreviewing, analyzing, and structuringa large and complex database. This role involves applying data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, ensuring that data is accurately categorized, organized, and accessible.Experience with Microsoft SharePointis highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and discrepancies.
  • Database Organization: Assess and improve the database structure, ensuring data is properly categorized, tagged, and accessible.
  • Data Quality Control: Conduct integrity checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Provide regular reports and data visualizations to present complex information clearly for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & SharePoint Management: Collaborate with team members and use SharePoint to facilitate data sharing and organization, maintaining data integrity.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, ideally in a legal, investigative, or similar context.
  • Experience with large datasets, data structuring, and analysis.
  • Proficiency withMicrosoft SharePointor similar collaboration tools.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


Deliverables

  • Weekly Oral Reports: Updates on data analysis progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Data Quality Report: Delivered after the first month, summarizing data inconsistencies or issues.
  • Database Improvement Recommendations: Suggestions for enhanced database organization and accessibility.
  • Data Insights Report: Summarizes analysis findings and recommendations.
  • Final Report: A comprehensive summary of findings, insights, and data integrity checks conducted throughout the consultancy.
