Amazon Connect Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Amazon Connect Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon Connect and its capabilities, as well as a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:Design, develop, and implement complex Amazon Connect contact flows to automate workflows, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency.
Integrate Amazon Connect with other systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP, and other cloud-based services, using APIs and other integration methods.
Develop custom scripts and integrations to enhance the functionality of Amazon Connect.
Testing and Troubleshooting:Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Amazon Connect solutions to identify and resolve issues.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
Maintenance and Optimization:Maintain and optimize existing Amazon Connect solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Connect features and best practices.
Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of Amazon Connect, including contact flows, IVR, outbound dialing, and analytics.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
Experience with API integrations and web services.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with Amazon Connect APIs.
Knowledge of contact center technologies and industry standards.
Experience with machine learning and AI concepts.
Certifications in AWS or Amazon Connect.
