Position Overview:

As our Amazon Account Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our client relationships and team success. You’ll manage 10-40 Amazon accounts, using our automated systems and internal App to achieve clients' growth.


Salary:Competitive Salary+ Commission Structure based on Client Performance


About the Role:

  • Lead & Strategise:Oversee 10-40 Amazon accounts using our automated system to drive growth and optimise performance.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor up to 3 Account Managers and their teams, fostering excellence and collaboration.
  • Client Success:Develop and implement strategies, monitor key metrics, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Innovate Processes:Lead meetings to solve challenges and streamline operations for better efficiency.
  • Build Relationships:Maintain strong client partnerships to ensure successful Amazon journeys.
  • Strategic Planning:Create and execute quarterly strategic plans with Account Managers.
  • Monitor Performance:Track and report on KPIs like sales, churn rates, and content quality.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:3+ years with Amazon Seller Central and 2+ years in an agency environment.
  • Leadership:Proven management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy:Proficient with tools like Google Meet, Slack, and Asana.
  • Passion:Strong commitment to boosting Amazon sales and ensuring client success.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive client growth.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
