Job Summary:We seek a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our AI Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions addressing complex business challenges, crafting and optimizing machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights from data.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms. Design, build, and deploy models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems. Work with engineers and domain experts to integrate AI solutions into systems and workflows. Stay updated with AI advancements and explore new methodologies to enhance our capabilities. Clean and transform raw data for analysis and modeling, ensuring data quality. Evaluate and improve model performance through testing and optimization. Document processes and communicate findings through reports and presentations. Manage machine learning operations for model deployment and monitoring. Validate and verify solutions to ensure quality and performance.
What we need to see from you
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong project portfolio. Proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI/ML features of Databricks and Azure AI Services. Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills. Passion for learning and staying current with AI and data science trends.
Preferred Skills
Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile development practices.
