Agency Sales Director - AdTech

I'm hiring sales people for an awesome AdTech company right now.

Salary is up to £75K (depending on exp level) + highly competitive commission (50% of base, uncapped)

The opportunity:

  • They're a scaling creative, contextual & performance AdTech business who are growing extremely quickly and have a great international track record in over 15 markets but are slightly newer to the UK market. They specialise in Video and CTV customisable formats!

  • In their home market, they are second only to Meta & Google in the online ads space, ahead of Amazon and TikTok, which is a testament to their product and its ability to deliver for clients. They are looking to replicate that success here!

  • They're experts in delivering first in-class creative/content with their own creative studio / content hub, which can build bespoke branded content microsites which mirror publisher content / design as well as being able to deliver high impact video ads which look and feel stunning, in highly relevant premium environments.

  • They have a powerful proprietary machine learning AI engine which powers their contextual targeting as well as a strong optimisation engine which ensures they can deliver on lower funnel metrics, which ensures performance KPI's are achieved.

There's a big opportunity here to help them get more coverage across the media agencies, particularly Dentsu who they're looking for this person to rep. Ideally, you'll have great existing relationships across the Dentsu planning and buying teams and understand they're processes, and are a solid relationship builder.

If you have a strong track record in media sales, are connected at Media Agencies and want to explore a new role, in a very exciting business, then please apply here!

Your goal is to make both happy without gimmicks: plain structure, sharp evidence, and links that prove you can ship to production. This guide shows you exactly how to do that. You’ll get a clean CV anatomy, a phrase bank for measurable bullets, GitHub & portfolio tips, and three copy-ready UK examples (junior, mid, research). Paste the structure, replace the details, and tailor to each job ad.
