What you’ll be doing:

Hands on Affiliates experience is essential for this role as you will plan, develop and implement large-scale campaignsacross affiliate and partnerships, working directly with partners such as Awin, Skyscanner, Trip Advisor and Ice Travel Group. This role also works closely with internal teams managing Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and App, to ensure a unified approach across our Marketing mix.

You will:Plan and implement large-scale Affiliate campaigns, making recommendations on optimising and improving performance and dealing with large scale budget changes on an ad-hoc basis. Use insightful data generated by large campaigns to make informed data drivendecisions on performance marketing activity. Identify and implement opportunities for optimising performance and efficiency.Working alongside our internal Studio and our other Performance Marketing teams, ensure creative and messaging is consistent across our Affiliate channels, and that activity is performing to an effective ROI that ultimately drives bookings at an efficient CPA.Identify new opportunities that can support new growth/efficiencies for the business. Stay fully up to date with all platforms, suppliers and their key features, as well as wider industry trends and news. As a great communicator, you will develop and manage relationships and work with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internally (up to CEO) and externally (Awin, Skyscanner, Trip Advisor, Ice Travel Group, Kayak) – the Performance Marketing Team are a very visible team (and a critical team). Work alongside the vibrant, wider marketing teams, including Data Science, Web Analytics, Revenue Marketing, Content, Brand, CRM and Studio.
What you’ll have?

With a minimum2 years hands-on Affiliates or Partnerships experience, you will also; Bring strong experience of working in a commercially driven Digital Marketing environment, where you’ve worked to targets across Affiliate or Partnerships channels. Bring robust numerical and data analysis skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations and be able to demonstrate how you’ve used data to drive decision making and improvements. Be confident communicating and influencing at all levels, and building positive and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and partners. Have experience using our key platforms, including any of the following: Awin, GA4, Campaign Manager, DV360 and the wider Google product suite. Be a highly proficient user of MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
