What you'll be doing:
  • Own the Affiliate Strategy: Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, achieve business goals, and expand the channel's reach through new partnerships and technologies, focused on both the short- and long-term health of the channel.
  • Collaborate Effectively:Partner with internal teams (Revenue, Product, Data Science, Web Analytics etc.) and key external partners (Awin, Skyscanner, TripAdvisor etc.) to ensure seamless campaign integration and maximise program performance.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team:Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate and Aggregator Specialists, overseeing their daily workload and fostering collaboration.
  • Analyse, Optimise, and Report on Performance: Continuously track key metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns, inform strategic decisions, and drive revenue and ROI.
  • Optimise Processes:Continuously identify and improve operational workflows, tools, and technologies for maximum efficiency and scalability.

What you'll have:
  • Affiliate Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in affiliate management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing, developing, and motivating high-performing teams is highly desirable.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Relationship Builder: A natural relationship builder with proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships with key players in the travel and affiliate landscape.
