Job Title: Advanced Practitioner - Teaching, Learning & AssessmentSalary:Commencing at £33,352 with progression to £38,651 per annumClosing Date:2025-04-20About the RoleWhat You Will Do<ul no-style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:10px;\">

Lead on training and development across curriculum departments. Support and guide colleagues to continuously improve through mentoring and coaching. Conduct quality assurance activities that inform and shape improvement strategies. Dedicate one day per week to teaching within your area of expertise.

About You<ul no-style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:10px;\">A proven track record of good or better teaching, learning, and assessment. A confident and empathetic approach to mentoring, coaching, and professional development. A passion for sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement. Have a good level of digital skills and be confident in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Experience in sixth form education is desirable, but not essential.
