Your mission

  • Convert customers and maximise revenue from onboarding of new prospects to nurturing a portfolio of existing customers.

  • Manage businesses end to end through our customer journey providing industry leading service levels by exceeding our customers expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with small businesses. Youll be an expert in SMEs and the business lending market helping them achieve their goals with the support of iwoca.

  • Adhere to our Compliance framework ensuring all customers are treated fairly.

  • Liaise with varied teams within iwoca youll need to effectively collaborate with Sales Underwriting Collections Quality Assurance and Partnerships teams to achieve the best outcome for your customers.

  • Drive change throughout the business through structured feedback ensuring we always provide customers with the best possible experience across all aspects of iwoca.

Requirements

We look for people who are smart humble motivated and who are always looking to improve.

Ideally youll have:

  • Proven customer relationship management experience.

  • Consultative sales skills that enable you to understand customer needs and match the right product or service to them.

  • Experience explaining complex products and services to customers.

  • A strong track record of not only meeting but exceeding KPIs to drive both your and the teams performance.

  • Brilliant communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and a passion for delighting customers.

  • A growth mindset that is engaged in our mission helping us to improve how we convert and serve our customers and motivated to collaborate with team mates.

Whilst we welcome applications from all qualified candidates please note that this particular position does not offer visa sponsorship. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK independently.

Our base salary range in Leeds isbonus (OTE 20. Our base salary range in London isbonus (OTE 20. We want to pay all of our employees fairly so thats why we regularly benchmark salaries based on market rates and to recognise your increasing value to our business.
