We are seeking a talented Account Executive who is eager to contribute to building a sustainable future. Your team and your role


We’re looking for someone that can identify and develop new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and growing the company’s customer base. Developing and implementing Qflow’s business development strategies, you will help to drive revenue growth and market share.


You’ll be working in our Commercial team, collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams and reporting to the Commercial Director. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:


Build a pipeline of both self-generated leads and MQLs

  • Execute a multi-channel approach to potential customer outreach.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, utilising a data-driven approach.
  • Act as company presenter at major industry events and conferences to build customer relationship and generate pipeline.

Close that pipeline to generate Monthly Recurring Revenue and hit your targets

  • Qualify pipeline, using your time efficiently on high probability high value deals.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, tracking each prospect and ensuring your pipeline is updated to allow for accurate forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all business development activities.

Cross team collaboration

  • Work with marketing and customer success to create and distribute valuable content that will help to accelerate sales and increase customer retention and value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Qflow’s product offering meets customer needs & expectations.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings as required.


Your skills


  • Experience in working in B2B software sales in an industry with complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with long (6 month) sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth – critical for identifying great leads.
  • Strong discovery / consulting skills – early pipeline qualification focus is on understanding the customers pain and exploring if/how Qflow can address it.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills – closing contracts often requires the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders will accelerate your sales velocity and win rate.


Bonus skills & experience


  • Experience in utilising formal sales methodologies, including MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger or Miller-Heiman.
  • Proficient in working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience in business development or sales within a SaaS organisation, with a focus construction, engineering, sustainability or a related field.
