You’ll work closely with the partner organization, as all deals are implemented through our partners. This role is open to individuals with varying levels of experience, with responsibilities tailored to your background, ranging from working with SMB clients to handling large enterprise accounts. Responsibilities Pipeline Development & Deal Progression: Generate and build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, lead follow-up, and nurturing existing client relationships. Progress deals from initial contact to final close by understanding client needs, demonstrating value, and providing tailored solutions. Closing Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions from the sales team to our partner network for implementation. Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals with end-users ranging from SMBs to large enterprises based on your experience level. Collaboration with Partner Network: Work hand-in-hand with our partner organization to ensure all sales deals are seamlessly transitioned for implementation. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and partners to foster long-term business success. Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor for clients by understanding their business needs and proposing relevant Eagle Eye Networks solutions. Engage with end-user clients of various sizes, including small businesses, mid-market, and enterprise-level organizations, depending on your experience and skills. Experience Education: Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree. Experience Levels: Entry-Level:  New graduates or those with limited experience will focus primarily on SMB clients, developing foundational sales skills while closing smaller deals. Mid-Level & Senior-Level:  Experienced sales professionals will handle more complex deals, targeting mid-market and enterprise-level clients based on years of successful experience. Skills: Proven ability to build, manage, and close a sales pipeline. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers across various industries. A strong collaborative mindset to work effectively with partners to ensure successful deal implementation. Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and a passion for technology sales.
