We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedAccount Directorto join our growing team, with a focus on managing and expanding our enterprise presence in the Nordics and Benelux markets. If you are an ambitious professional with a track record of success in enterprise sales and a passion for AI-driven solutions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with several key enterprise accounts in the Nordics and Benelux regions, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ cybersecurity needs and aligning them with our AI security solutions.
Identify, target, and secure new enterprise clients across the Nordics and Benelux markets.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, leveraging consultative selling techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:Proven track record of 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or SaaS industries.
Regional Expertise:Strong understanding of the Nordics and Benelux markets, including enterprise business culture and dynamics.
Account Management:Demonstrated success in managing and growing relationships with large enterprise accounts.
New Business Acumen:A hunter mentality with experience in securing new clients and driving business growth.
Communication:Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Languages:Proficiency in English is essential; additional fluency in Dutch, or a Nordic language is a significant advantage.
Tech Savvy:An understanding of AI, machine learning, or cybersecurity technologies is highly desirable.
