We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedAccount Directorto join our growing team, with a focus on managing and expanding our enterprise presence in the Nordics and Benelux markets. Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow relationships with several key enterprise accounts in the Nordics and Benelux regions, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ cybersecurity needs and aligning them with our AI security solutions.
  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise clients across the Nordics and Benelux markets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, leveraging consultative selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing success.


What We’re Looking For


  • Experience:Proven track record of 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or SaaS industries.
  • Regional Expertise:Strong understanding of the Nordics and Benelux markets, including enterprise business culture and dynamics.
  • Account Management:Demonstrated success in managing and growing relationships with large enterprise accounts.
  • New Business Acumen:A hunter mentality with experience in securing new clients and driving business growth.
  • Communication:Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Languages:Proficiency in English is essential; additional fluency in Dutch, or a Nordic language is a significant advantage.
  • Tech Savvy:An understanding of AI, machine learning, or cybersecurity technologies is highly desirable.
