Senior Vice President, Head of InsuranceWhat the role entails:Build and nurture a strong network and connect with Heads of Transformation, Heads of Change, Operations Directors in the assigned portfolio.Work with large existing Personal lines Tier 1 insurance group accounts.Integrate and align with the Heads of Transformation and Client Director strategy supporting across outsourcing and transformation solutions.Orchestrate an external partnership network to deliver best in class solutions to client problems across the Personal Lines.Invest time in developing a deep understanding of the client’s strategy and critical business challenges and map this to a detailed account plan to expand existing services.Identify opportunities for growth through increased penetration of existing and new product offerings, competitive displacement and process improvement within portfolio.Experience and background required:Minimum 10 years of experience working within or with Insurance Companies.Proven experience of senior level account management across insurance stakeholders and influencers.Key levels of understanding of Policy and Claim Operations, Underwriting, Analytics and Digital Operations/BPS including emerging trends for each and ‘best in class’ processes.Strong understanding of the changing landscape of insurance process delivery.Behavioural competence:Strong Communication & Interpersonal SkillsAdvanced presentation skills, coupled with solid executive presence and the ability to establish.Good people management skills - highly professional in dealings with clients and co-workers.Ability to deal with unexpected and/or delicate situations calmly and with sound judgment.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.More reasons to join us:A competitive salary with a generous bonus, private healthcare, critical illness life assurance at 4 x your annual salary, income protection insurance, and a rewarding pension.At EXL, we are committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed and excel in their careers.
