About the Role
As a member of our close-knit 3D team, you will be crucial in crafting high-quality 3D video and image assets for our marketing campaigns. These assets will often feature 3D garments our in-house fashion team designed using Clo3D. Your contributions will be central to showcasing our unique brand and connecting with our target customer groups through novel and innovative content. In this position, you will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment where every idea and contribution is valued. As a 3D Generalist, you will leverage a diverse skill set, enabling you to manage and execute projects from ideation to completion. You’ll be responsible for bringing concepts to life, ensuring that each project is completed efficiently while adhering to set deadlines. This role will allow you to take on enhanced responsibility and ownership of projects, giving you the autonomy to drive your own creative vision. As a member of our expanding 3D team, you will help to define and establish efficient workflows, contributing to the development of streamlined processes that enhance our team's productivity. You will play a key role in creating compelling campaigns that capture the essence of FINESSE. Recommended Background
- Proficient in using Blender 3D
- Familiarity with the Octane rendering engine (knowledge of Cycles is also acceptable)
- General knowledge of 3D texturing, modeling, lighting, rendering, and post-processing
- Experience in building 3D environments
- Understanding of cameras and shot composition
- Experience with video and image editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Knowledge or experience with Clo3D or Marvelous Designer is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work on projects independently and collaboratively, from concept to completion
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute projects while following briefs and directions
