THE ROLE As the Senior DigitalMarketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping andexecuting our digital marketing strategy, enhancing our onlinepresence, and elevating our brand. With 3–5 years of experience,you’ll lead initiatives in marketing strategy, digital marketing,design and branding, and website development, focusing on drivingawareness, engagement, and conversions for our events. You’ll bringstrong expertise in tools like HubSpot, SEO, Google Ads, PPC, andGoogle Analytics. Core Responsibilities Marketing Strategy andImplementation Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalmarketing strategy to drive ticket sales, brand awareness, andaudience engagement. Create multi-channel marketing campaignsacross email, social media, paid media, and content marketing.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjustingstrategies to optimize impact and return on investment. DigitalMarketing Execution Lead and manage paid search, display, PPC, andretargeting campaigns across Google Ads and other relevantplatforms. Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research,and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings andvisibility. Oversee social media and email marketing strategies todrive customer engagement and lead generation. Design and BrandingDevelop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency acrossall digital platforms. Collaborate with designers and creativeteams to produce high-quality digital assets, such as landingpages, email templates, banners, and social media graphics. Monitorbrand health and refine digital creative direction to align withthe company’s objectives. Website Development and OptimizationOversee website development projects, ensuring a seamless userexperience, optimized landing pages, and conversion-friendly sitearchitecture. Partner with internal and external teams to implementwebsite updates, A/B testing, and CRO (Conversion RateOptimization) techniques to improve engagement and conversions.Analytics and Reporting Analyze data from HubSpot, GoogleAnalytics, and other platforms to assess campaign performance andidentify trends. Generate actionable insights through analyticalreporting, adjusting strategies to improve effectiveness andimpact. Share insights and results with key stakeholders, makingrecommendations based on data-driven findings. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or arelated field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing,ideally within events, entertainment, or a similar fast-pacedindustry. Proven track record in developing and executingsuccessful digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Proficiencyin HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, PPC . Stronganalytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability touse metrics and data insights to refine strategies. Experiencemanaging website projects and best practices. Excellentcommunication and project management skills, with an eye for detailand brand consistency. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications inGoogle Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms. Experience withsocial media management, content marketing, and/or email marketingautomation. Knowledge of graphic design principles or experienceworking with design software.
