Senior AI Data Scientist Up to £100,000 London Drivinginnovation with AI and machine learning to accelerate drugdiscovery and transform healthcare. COMPANY Harnham has partneredup with a Pharma Group using advanced AI technology to developlife-changing medicines faster and more efficiently. Theirinnovative approach has produced a promising pipeline oftreatments, with their leading therapy moving closer to clinicaltrials. ROLE: Lead development of AI algorithms, focusing on AI/MLtechniques and Large Language Models to advance drug discovery. Youwill build machine learning models, advocate for good codingpractices, and ensure proper testing for high-quality results. Youwill work closely with bioinformaticians, biologists, chemists, andanalysts to explore and develop AI/ML tools for data analysis. YOURSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: You need to have a MSc or PhD level in STEMsubject. You must have proven knowledge of the implementation ofMachine Learning models/LLM Models. MLOPs/DevOps experience inCI/CD. Experience using Tensorflow, Kubernetes, MLFlow, Kafka, andAirflow. Experience using Python is a must (tools like AWS andSpark are beneficial) Excellent communication skills and team andcolleague engagement. Expertise in large-scale computation.Experience in a research environment. Experience inLLMs/(Langchain).
