Job Description

Software Engineer – AI & LLM Product Innovation

Permanent | London (Hybrid – 1 day per week)

Competitive salary + equity

Are you excited by the idea of building tools that write software?

We’re working with a "Scale Up" that’s reinventing how businesses build internal tools — turning complex software development into something anyone can describe in plain language. Using a blend of LLMs, code generation, agentic systems, and compiler logic, they’re creating a platform that translates user needs into functional applications in minutes — not months.

After a phenomenal start the company are exceeding revenue growth projections, and is expanding rapidly with support from top-tier VCs. They’re now expanding their core engineering team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build robust, AI-first product features across backend and infrastructure
  • Contribute to the internal tooling that powers software synthesis
  • Experiment with prompting, evaluation frameworks, orchestration flows, and RAG systems
  • Collaborate on the design of reusable application architectures and internal DSLs
  • Take part in designing agents that plan, test, and verify code automatically

    Ideal Skillset:

  • Strong experience in Python, along with Docker and PostgreSQL
  • Experience with other languages to compliment such as Rust, Go, Scala a plus
  • Familiarity with LLM toolchains and libraries (e.g. Langchain, OpenAI APIs)
  • Previous work with Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability stacks, or workflow orchestrators (Argo/Temporal)
  • Experience with compilers, code analysis, or DSLs is a major plus
  • A strong experimental mindset — you like solving hard problems and iterating fast

    Why Join?

  • Real ownership over product direction and architecture
  • Join at a pivotal moment — early enough to shape things, late enough that it's working
