Learn More Ramat-Gan As a Senior Product Manager, youwill define and execute the vision for Business Intelligence (BI),Social Listening, and Marketing Intelligence products withinOktopost. You’ll work closely with engineers and cross-functionalteams to build solutions that provide customers with deep insightsinto their social media performance, competitive landscape, andmarket trends. Responsibilities - Conduct market research toidentify trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps in BI, sociallistening, and marketing intelligence. - Engage with customers tounderstand how they leverage data for decision-making and uncovernew opportunities. - Define and own the roadmap for BI, analytics,and social listening products, prioritizing features andenhancements. - Collaborate with engineering, AI, and data teams todevelop dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools. - Ensure timelyand high-quality delivery of new data-driven capabilities. -Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to definepositioning, messaging, and adoption strategies. - Train internalteams on new intelligence features and their business value. -Define success metrics (KPIs) to track product adoption andcustomer impact. - Continuously analyze product performance, gathercustomer feedback, and iterate on improvements. - Align withexecutives and cross-functional teams on strategy and productdirection. - Communicate progress, insights, and key decisions withinternal and external stakeholders. Requirements - 5+ years ofproduct management experience, preferably in SaaS, analytics, BI,or social listening. - Strong understanding of data analytics,reporting, and AI-driven insights in B2B marketing. - Experienceworking with engineering and data science teams to buildintelligence products. - Proven ability to analyze data, identifytrends, and translate insights into actionable product decisions. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
