Senior Scientist, Biologics Drug Discovery
This role involves leading biologics drug discovery programmes from target validation through to IND-enabling studies, with a strong focus on antibody design, engineering, and optimisation. The scientist will integrate experimental data with computational and machine learning approaches, working across interdisciplinary teams to translate biological insights into clinically viable molecules. A hands-on role combining deep technical expertise in biologics with collaborative programme leadership in a tech-driven discovery environment.
