About the Role
Thomson Reuters is seeking an exceptional leader to head our newly established Transformation Services Team. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead change management processes within global large law firms, facilitating business transformation through the profitable deployment of emerging technologies, including generative artificial intelligence, in legal service delivery. The successful candidate will forge new business relationships and collaborate with law firm customers to provide tailored solutions that maximize efficiency gains from Thomson Reuters best-in-class product suite while addressing associated challenges in billing models, key performance indicators, and talent management.
The responsibilities of theVice President, Transformation Services, include:
- Developing bespoke transformation services for large law firms as well as scaled service programs for smaller firms
- Delivering and communicating measurable improvements and efficiencies for law firm customers
- Building and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Managing a small team of consultants and change management professionals
About You
Youre a fit for the role of Vice President, Transformation Services if you have the following required qualifications:
- Previous experience in both law firms and consulting organizations strongly desired
- 15+ years in senior management roles
- Proven track record of successful change management and technology implementation in professional services organizations
- Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging both internal and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of financial metrics and ability to quantify the impact of operational changes on law firm profitability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to execute all aspects of change management, from strategy development to implementation
- Strong leadership skills, capable of functioning as both a team leader and key contributor
Additional preferred qualifications include:
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies
- Experience communicating across diverse geographies and cultures as part of a global team
