Our Team
The Technology Strategy Team is responsible for managing the Technology Strategy lifecycle across the whole of technology for the Vodafone Technology organization. This means our team supports (and is supported by) all technology functions, Networks, Digital & IT, Commercial and Vodafone Business products, platforms and solutions, Cyber Security, Technology Assurance, Strategy and HR. Our goal is to enable Vodafone to execute its strategy to become best-in-class telco and Europe’s leading platform for Business through our technology strategy
With us you will
Be a key member of an influential, high profiled and diverse Technology Strategy Team. Collaborate with the Domain and Market Technology Strategy Teams to develop, monitor and report on the progress on our Technology Strategy to the Technology Leadership Team (TLT) and wider stakeholders. Deliver assigned elements/ components of the Vodafone end-to-end long term (5Yr and beyond) Technology Strategy, responsible for a domain specific strategy or group of them. Deliver assigned elements / components of the Vodafone end-to-end Technology Strategy Priorities (focus on the Y1, Y2, Y3 of our strategy), including supporting analysis of plans vs agreed strategy/priorities. Lead alignment with Commercial and Business to ensure our technology priorities support the company strategy.
Who you are
Apply if you have
3+ years of relevant experience in technology and strategy environment. Proficiency in various technology domains relevant to the organization's industry, such as networks, Digital, IT, cloud, data analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Strategic thinking: ability to analyze complex technology landscapes, identify trends, and develop long-term technology strategies that align with the organization's business objectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and business leaders. Capable of creating and driving strategy and stakeholder plans, both throughout own organization as well as direct and indirect stakeholders. Capacity to lead and influence without direct authority, guiding teams and stakeholders toward a shared vision.
