The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and develop robust, scalable software powering our next-generation Web3 trading tools. This role offers you the chance to build and optimize core strategies, design and implement data pipelines, and create full stack applications. You'll ensure the high availability and performance of our real-time dashboards, trading terminals, and data visualisation platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimise core trading strategies to enhance system performance and functionality.
Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and processing.
Build and maintain full stack applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
Ensure the high availability and performance of real-time dashboards, trading terminals, and data visualisation platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and adhere to best practices in software development.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring the reliability and stability of the systems.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++ or JavaScript.
Experience with data pipeline tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka, Airflow).
Expertise in full stack development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django).
Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
