As a Lead Product Manager, you'll work closely with a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts and writers on an area focused around building our understanding of user data.Outcomes:

Increase customer engagement and retention within chatDrive customer engagement and retention through improved conversational experiences in Cleo’s AI finance assistant.Deliver a more comprehensive financial overview, empowering users to make informed decisions and achieve long-term financial well-being.You should apply if you:Have experience building exceptional digital products for consumers.Have 5+ years of experience in a product role involving LLMs, data science/machine learning.Enjoy being hands-on with a cross-functional team of analysts, designers, data scientists, and engineers.Able to say “no” more than you say “yes” to keep the squads focused on the most impactful priorities, but also able to communicate clearly with stakeholders and get alignment.Work collaboratively with your product squad and involve them in strategy and decision-making.Bring creativity into how we approach financial products.
