We’re hiring in London across our ad monetization teams, with a focus on ad tech and machine learning. In these roles, you’ll identify opportunities to better address the needs of the millions of businesses using our ad monetization products and develop and execute strategies to build the corresponding products across a complex ad tech and machine learning technology stack.Meta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build the products used by billions of people and businesses every day. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers who know how to move quickly and operate under high ambiguity.

Product Manager, AdTech and Machine Learning Responsibilities:

  1. Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals

  2. Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry

  3. Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps

  4. Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health

  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones

  6. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction

  7. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of product management experience, out of which significant experience building business/ consumer-facing products leveraging machine learning based personalization, ranking or recommendations services, or ad-tech

  2. Fluency in translating customer needs and product requirements into machine learning solutions that deliver measurable user and business impact

  3. Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones

  4. Experience delivering technical presentations

  5. Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data

  6. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design

  7. Displaying leadership, organizational and execution skill

  8. Experience gathering requirements across wide-ranging product areas and user groups, and converting and developing them into a product solution

  9. Proven communication skills
