Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development and deployment of cutting‑edge artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering, with a passion for solving complex problems and building intelligent systems that deliver real‑world impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms for various applications
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
  • Optimize and scale machine learning models for performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
  • Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Ensure user adoption of AI tools through effective communication, training, and support strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate initiatives, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of AI-driven projects across multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or blockchain technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies, security principles, and modern development tools.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Power BI
