About the Role

A fast-moving software startup is searching for aSenior Engineerto help build cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. We’re growing quickly and need someone to play a critical role in designing and developing our core product as we scale. You’ll work directly with our technical leadership to bring high-performance, user-focused tools to life.

What You'll Do

• Build Scalable Systems:Develop secure, robust backend services using Python and modern development frameworks.
• Integrate AI/ML:Lead the development and integration of intelligent features using machine learning models to automate complex workflows.
• Collaborate on Frontend:Help shape and implement intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Own Quality:Uphold rigorous standards for performance, code quality, and maintainability.
• Work Cross-Functionally:Partner with leadership, engineers, and designers to ship impactful features.
• Stay Ahead:Keep pace with advances in AI/ML and software architecture, and proactively integrate best practices.
• Lead with Autonomy:Take full ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully to the product and engineering direction.

Your Background

• 3+ years of professional development experience, especially with Python and AI/ML.
• Strong initiative, self-direction, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
